Strategy.
I specialize in helping small business and solopreneurs identify and align to a values–driven strategy. I work with clients over the course of a year to support the longevity and success of your venture. We start by aligning to your Core Ideology (mission, vision, and values) then develop an enduring and authentic strategy to support your goals. This includes long–term strategic planning (marketing, finance, etc.) , quarterly roadmaps and monthly alignments, and as–needed support for you and up to three of your staff on any related topic.
I also offer single sessions for addressing specific strategic needs.
